When I say that we could not have bought our house without Jacinda, I mean it. Not only does she work with you to get you the best deal possible, it's a better deal than you can find anywhere else. We were working with 2 lenders to buy our home. Our realtor's preferred lender, and our builder's preferred lender. Jacinda came highly recommended by our realtor. After receiving the information from both lenders, we went over them with both Jacinda and our realtor. The builder's preferred lender was able to match the deal Jacinda had given us, as well as offer additional incentive in closing costs. Jacinda told us she thought that it would really be the best move for us to use the builder's lender. At this point she had literally helped us get a better deal with another lender, when that other lender called us 2 days prior to closing saying "they will no longer be giving us the loan". After waiting 6 months for the house to be built, this came a surprise and shock. We called Jacinda again. She was able to pull everything together for us in 2 weeks to meet the extension deadline the builder had given us to get the loan ready. Jacinda saved us in a time of desperation, when she had not needed too. Working extra and odd hours to get everything processed. She is amazing and honest. I will highly recommend her to any and everyone who is looking to buy a house. You can truely trust her, which can be hard to find in a lender.

Her recommendations were knowledgeable and really helpful. She was organized and easy to work with; the paperwork process was easy and smooth. No hidden fees; she was meticulously honest about the process. We couldn't be more pleased.
